what is uptown market?
The Uptown Market is a venue to enhance the quality of life for the community through the gathering of local artisans, craftspeople, small business owners, area farmers, and neighbors.
who are the vendors?
Neighbors! Twin Citians! Local artists, farmers, and volunteers. We would like to feature local artists (from the Twin Cities) and food produced in Central and Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. We reserve the right to refuse anyone.
where is uptown market?
On 29th St. between Lyndale and Dupont Avenues, running parallel to the Greenway.
how do i get there?
The Uptown Market is accessible via major bus lines that serve the Uptown neighborhood. For more information, visit metrotransit.org. Use 29th St and Lyndale Ave S. as your destination.
It’s also accessible via the Midtown Greenway, with ramp access via Bryant Ave.
where do i park?
We encourage you to walk, bike, bus, or carpool to the Uptown Market. Parking is available on side streets and behind the Buzza building on 1006 W. Lake St. There are also pay lots behind Fuji Ya off of Lake St. and behind Lagoon Cinema.

are there any restrictions for vendors?
We are looking for vendors who sell arts & crafts, fine art, produce, dry goods, or prepared foods, with an emphasis on local and organic products. We do not have access to electricity or refrigeration, so please plan accordingly.
We ask that vendors supply their own tables, tents/canopies, and display pieces. These are not required. Even something simple like a card table or blanket works.
There will be no same-day registration for food vendors.
